Continuous physical, emotional and informational support during labor and birth.
I stay from the moment you call me until after your baby arrives. Your partner gets support too.
Hello, I'm Hamida. As a mother myself, I know pregnancy, birth and the days after can be beautiful, emotional and sometimes overwhelming. Every mother deserves to feel heard, respected and truly cared for. I'm here to support your choices, so you never have to feel alone.
You are allowed to ask questions.
Take a breath. You are doing beautifully.
Before I became a doula, I was a mother. Motherhood showed me how much love, strength, patience and courage it takes.
Those years inspired me to support other women through some of the most important moments of their lives. I trained at Germanna Community College and became a certified doula because I wanted to turn that compassion into real, meaningful support.
Sometimes a mother needs more than information. She needs someone who will listen, sit beside her, respect her choices and truly care about how she is feeling. That is the kind of doula I want to be.
When we work together, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing worries and making the decisions that are right for you and your family.
You are more than an appointment on my calendar. Your voice, your family and your story matter to me.
Your care team looks after the medicine. A doula looks after you. One steady person whose only job is to make sure you feel safe, informed and heard.
We talk for thirty minutes about what you hope for and what worries you. No payment, no pressure.
Wherever you plan to deliver, and in the language you are most comfortable in.
I stay from the moment you call me until after your baby arrives. Your partner gets support too.

After a baby is born, so much attention naturally goes to the newborn. But mothers need kindness, rest, reassurance and support too.
Postpartum support is about caring for you as you adjust to life with your baby. Whether you need someone to listen, encouragement, newborn-care guidance or help finding resources in our community, my goal is to make this season feel a little less overwhelming.
Caring for the baby should never mean forgetting about the mother.
